The Mighty Oak Tree in the Acorn

One of my favorite metaphors for our evolution is the mighty oak tree contained in the tiny acorn! Many of you have heard me talk about this as I feel it every time I step onto my yoga mat, shift from Winter into Spring or prepare to make a big change in life.

Death Valley Comes Alive

Wow! It’s been a welcome wet winter out West and Death Valley is in bloom for the first time in 11 years. I’ll be heading there after our Yosemite retreat in April, so I hope to see this. Yet another reason to join us April 27-May 1! The clock is ticking and spaces are filling so carpe diem and join us!
