The Mighty Oak Tree in the Acorn

One of my favorite metaphors for our evolution is the mighty oak tree contained in the tiny acorn! Many of you have heard me talk about this as I feel it every time I step onto my yoga mat, shift from Winter into Spring or prepare to make a big change in life.
